The Joomla! Project has assembled a top-notch team of experts to form the new Joomla! Security Strike Team. This new team will solely focus on investigating and resolving security issues. Instead of working in relative secrecy, the JSST will have a strong public-facing presence at the Joomla! Security Center.

    เรารู้ว่าฟาสต์ฟู้ดนั้น ไม่ใช่อาหารที่ดีต่อสุขภาพเท่าไหร่ แต่ยามที่ต้องกินจะกินแบบไหนถึงจะดีมีคุณค่ากับร่างกายล่ะ !! หากเอ่ยถึง ฟาสต์ฟู้ด คุณจะนึกถึงอาหารอะไรบ้าง โอ้ โห…คำตอบพรั่งพรูกันมาเลยทีเดียว ไม่ว่าจะแฮมเบอเกอร์ ไก่ทอดกรอบ เฟรนซ์ฟรายด์ มันบด พิซซ่า ฯลฯ ยังไม่หมดแค่นั้น อาหารที่ขายตามศูนย์อาหาร ตามร้านค้า ไม่ว่าจะเป็น ก๋วยเตี๋ยว ข้าวผัด ข้าวแกง ผัดกะเพราะ ทั้งหลายก็ล้วนแต่เป็นฟาสต์ฟู้ดทั้งสิ้น สรุปง่ายๆ ฟาสต์ฟู้ดมิได้หมายถึงอาหารฝรั่งเพียงอย่างเดียว แต่ยังหมายถึงอาหารที่ใช้เวลาในการทำไม่เกิน 10 นาที ก็หม่ำได้ แต่ประเด็นที่แม่ลออจะพูดถึงคือ ฟาสต์ฟู้ดแบบฝรั่งนี่แหละ เพราะอาหารพวกนี้ได้ฉายาว่า “อาหารขยะ” แถมราคาแพงเสียด้วย ที่ว่าเป็นอาหารขยะเพราะ 1. มีทั้งไขมันและแคลอรีสูง เทียบง่ายๆ ค่ะ แฮมเบอเกอร์ 1 ชิ้น ให้พลังงาน 400 แคลอรี เทียบได้กับข้าว + ไข่ดาว + กับข้าว 1 อย่าง หรือก๋วยเตี๋ยว 1 ชาม เมื่อ เรากินแฮมเบอเกอร์ เรามักจะกินหมด และยังสามารถกินอาหารอย่างอื่นได้อีก แต่ถ้ากินข้าวหรือก๋วยเตี๋ยว [...]
